Store Policy

 

  • Refund Policy:

We take pride in our desserts. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, notify us immediately, within 24 hours of pick up, about your concern and return the product to us. If applicable, store credit can be issued to be used toward future purchases. All refunds will be provided as store credit. 

 

  • Order cancellation policy:

At Tasty Pastry Shoppe, we understand that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept cancellations prior to 2 PM, 3 business days before your event. All changes must be handled directly with a manager of Tasty Pastry Shoppe and confirmed. Tasty Pastry Shoppe reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order. It is entirely up to Tasty Pastry Shoppe's discretion to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer.

The latest time available to order specialty orders, which are highly decorated cakes and desserts, is a full business week prior to your order date at noon. The above cancellation policy will apply for those situations. During peak holidays, Tasty Pastry Shoppe reserves the right to adjust the cut-off date if orders have exceeded our production capabilities. 

 

  • Cake Testing Policy:

Cake testings must be placed one week in advance and must be paid in full in cash before your cake testing. There are no cancellations allowed on cake testings. If date or time need to be altered, the latest time available to change date or time is 2 days before cake testing.

All changes must be handled directly with a manager of Tasty Pastry Shoppe and confirmed.
